By enrolling in any course at GodavariWave, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you must not use our services.
Students must complete the registration process and pay all applicable fees in full or as per the approved installment plan before attending classes. Non-payment may result in denial of access to course content.
Course access is granted for the specified duration only. Extensions or re-access to content may incur additional fees and are subject to availability.
All course materials, recordings, software tools, and documentation provided by GodavariWave are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Students are prohibited from copying, sharing, or distributing these materials without written consent.
Refunds will be considered only within the first 7 days of course commencement, and only under valid reasons such as medical emergencies. A processing fee may apply. No refunds are issued for completed or partially completed courses.
While GodavariWave provides job assistance, resume support, and interview preparation, it does not guarantee job placement. Success depends on the student's skill, commitment, and market conditions.
GodavariWave reserves the right to modify course schedules, batch timings, or assigned faculty members based on operational needs. Students will be notified of such changes in a timely manner.
Personal information collected during registration is used for internal purposes only and will not be sold or shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any breach of these terms.
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Andhra Pradesh, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Rajahmundry.
